Hot Toddy
  • 50 ml Foxes Bow Irish Whiskey
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (or 10–15 ml honey syrup)
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 150–200 ml hot water
  • Optional: 1 cinnamon stick or a couple cloves
  • Garnish: lemon wheel or lemon peel
